Andrew Davis

Managing Partner

Andrew Davis is senior vice president of strategy for Cox Enterprises. He oversees the strategic planning, new venture development, and sustainability teams.

Prior to joining Cox, Davis spent nearly 12 years with T. Rowe Price in the U.S. Equity Division. As an investment analyst at T. Rowe, he researched and managed public company investments in the North American transportation industry. During his last three years at T. Rowe, Davis was the Director of Private Investments, managing the firm’s $20B private venture investment portfolio. His responsibilities included management of sourcing, investment diligence, ongoing analysis, and external relationships.

Prior to his career as an investor, Davis spent seven years at Deloitte & Touche LLP where he was a manager in the business valuation services group. There he was responsible for client projects related to acquisition accounting, tax valuations, and bankruptcy reorganizations.

Davis has an MBA in Economics and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Berry College in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
